We utilise Plettac Futuro which is fully galvanised steel system scaffold. Futuro is ideal for a wide range of applications including for example refurbishment scaffolding to a building façade, masonry scaffolding, birdcage access scaffolds, suspended access scaffolds, power line protection scaffolding, circular scaffold and staircase access as well as being used in more specialised applications, such as the internal of a boiler on a power station or energy from waste plant.

We also offer Futuro loading bays and mobile towers and by continuously developing and adding new components to our stock we continue to create new and innovative applications for its use.

When a scaffold is required without the ledger bracing to allow clear access for all trades to work efficiently we can erect large, high rise scaffolds without the braces to create a braceless access system utilising our stock of Readylock transom units.

Tube & fitting together with our Readylock transom unit is able to meet the bespoke requirements of a customer’s requirements offering lift heights which can be designed at any height, standards that can be placed exactly where required to avoid any ground level obstacles, tie patterns that are flexible and can be designed to give the optimum solution. Using our Readylock transom units gives us the benefit of tube & fittings adaptability but can be married into the advantages of a system scaffold. The result is a bespoke scaffold which can be built without ledger bracing.

When a lightweight scaffold solution is required, whether it’s general access or a more specialised location, we can get you to where you need to be.

We have a range of aluminium access tower scaffolds and podiums suited to indoor and outdoor access, light duty maintenance or fit out applications whilst ensuring safe working at height. Lightweight access scaffolds are used where safe, quick and secure access platforms are required usually for short duration works.

Our beam systems offer a high degree of versatility with bespoke design to handle the required loads while providing the clear spans and bridged openings to meet the client need with the added benefit of being easy to adapt. Our beam systems can provide significant reductions in times using fewer and lighter components compared to conventional tube & fitting methods.

Utilising our beam system we can reduce programme times and offer our customers savings on applications such as – door or vehicle access openings, bridges over road, rail or water, underside of a bridge access, static or mobile structures.

The adjustable transom is a board-bearing component to enhance the efficiency of inside board adaptions. The adjustable board bearer allows the inside boards to be removed without altering the main body of the scaffold. On a sheeted scaffold this enhances the overall look of the scaffold as it does not result in tubes extending through the sheeting.

When the adjustable transom is used in conjunction with our Readylock transom unit it complements the ability to erect a full height braceless scaffold and it allows multiple different trades to work on the same elevation as inside boards can be easily added and removed.

Rowecord Total Access can provide staircase access to enable workers to get to and from their place of work. Our range of staircases can be configured for either site and trade access or public access for use by members of the public. Readily integrated into the main scaffold our staircases provide a convenient, fast and effective method of access and egress. The type of staircase access will depend on variables such as use, height and the required load. Our staircase accesses can be installed as single and double-flight options but for all versions, we supply complete kits which can be quickly assembled from just a few system components.

We also supply a range of universal staircases to create fast and easy access within an independent scaffold or tower scaffold which can be installed quickly and at variable angles. The universal staircase can provide access to heights ranging from 0.9m to 3.2m. Easy to erect they are the safest and cheapest way to meet the safety requirements. Well-suited to construction, but also ideal for industrial projects and for temporary access or long-term use. Universal staircase benefits include an aluminium frame for easy handling and installation which simply hook over the scaffold transom, adapts automatically to the scaffold lift height, non-slip treads with built-in locking stays and compliant to BS EN 12811 and Work at Height (WAH) Regulations.
